Daedalus' Diary entries

This week I worked on writing 13 entries for Daedalus' diary, recounting from his exile from Athens to the first sacrifice to the Minotaur, and on remodelling Daedalus' Room so that the first sight of the other player has more impact. To that end, I implemented triggers in the last stretch of section 4 that open walls simultaneously in front of both players, and close them behind when crossed to limit players' exploration to their respective sections of the maze.

The diary entries tell the story of Daedalus arrival to Crete, mentioning the crime that caused his exile, and follow his involvement in the creation of the Minotaur and his struggles when building the maze. The last entries refer to the war that almost broke out between Crete and Athens, due to the death of one of Minos' sons in Athens,  to the arrival of Minos in Crete with 14 children, and to the first sacrifice.
