Maze built and environment
I finally built the whole maze prototype so I started to add some environment props, which you can see in the first 3 pictures. However, I noticed that adding this kind of props makes the maze recognizable - the player remember whether they have been in this part of the maze before or not, helping him/her get to the exit without needing to play any games.
In conclusion, having some objects throughout the maze makes it nicer looking, but I think we should use them only in specific parts, otherwise we will need a much bigger maze to accomplish the same difficulty in exiting it.
Also, in the last picture you can see a possible hidden room. We had thought about adding at least one of these to our maze, so here it is a prototype for it as well.
